It's your responsibility to check if your device is eSIM compatible before purchasing any plan.

🚨 IMPORTANT: You can ask for refund only if the eSIM has not been installed. 🚨

You have exactly 15 calendar days from the purchase date to return an eSIM.

There is a $2.50 fee for each eSIM returned.

The fee does not apply if it's our fault (e.g. the country you selected is not supported by the eSIM).

How to ask for refund

You can ask for a refund by going to "My Profile" > "My eSIMs", then click on "Actions" > "Ask for Refund"

If you cannot see the button, it means that your eSIM is not eligible for refund (the price is less than the refund fee, or it has been already installed)

If your request is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a few of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
